Self–catering Villa Pettirossi is located in the countryside surrounding Cortona, an old Etruscan town that is famous worldwide. The property has a neat enclosed garden and a little wood, which frame an enchanting panoramic swimming pool for exclusive use of guests and a private car park. In this typical Tuscan country house we made three cozy apartments, for big families and groups of friends according to your specific needs. All these self–catering apartments in Cortona are equipped with all modern conveniences and have an independent entrance. During low season they can be rented individually.
The whole villa 8 + 6
You can rent the whole house, which is perfect for 3 couples or 3 families travelling together. Guests can stay in 3 independent apartments ensuring the respect of their private life, but at the same time they can have lunch or dinner together. In Apartment Ginestre on the first floor, there is a large built-in kitchen and a long table where you can cook and eat together. Barbecue in the garden is available and the oven for delicious dishes of Tuscan cuisine, and a gazebo with a nice table where you can eat comfortably on summer days. The park and pool will be reserved just for you.
La Quercia 2 + 2
This apartment of about 55 sq. m. on the first floor has a big double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a bright living room with fireplace, sofa bed and kitchen.
Il Poggio 2 + 2
This lovely apartment of about 50 sq. m. on the first floor has a big double bedroom with traditional Tuscan-style old pieces of furniture, a bathroom with shower and a living room with a view onto the park, a sofa bed and a kitchenette.
Le Ginestre 4 + 2
Apartment Ginestre, with a surface of about 110 sq. m., is the biggest apartment of the house and is situated on the ground floor. It is made up of two double bedrooms, a big bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a Tuscan-style fireplace. Our guests will have the chance to use a huge brick kitchen equipped with all household appliances and a dishwasher.
