Villa Pettirossi is only 5 km away from the Etruscan town of Cortona and is surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside. We guarantee an exclusive use of the villa to 8 (+6) persons on the whole. The villa is divided into 3 comfortable independent apartments equipped with all modern conveniences. It is possible to rent the apartments individually during some periods of the year. Thanks to the neat and practical outside spaces guests can spend a pleasant holiday in the open air and in contact with nature.

The garden of our villa is characterized by a big lawn with a recreation ground for children and a little wood where you can find a cool place during the hottest hours of the day, where you can read a good book or just relax. On a small elevated hill we have built a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (12,5 m x 6,5 m), which is 1,5 m to 3 m deep in the diving area. From this point of the property you can enjoy an enchanting view onto Cortona and the surrounding hills. The swimming pool has a fully equipped relax area with outdoor furniture, sunbeds and showers.
